This newly built house is located about one kilometer from the town of Sassoferrato, in a quiet area with other adjacent houses.
The structure has quality finishes and technological systems.

HEATING SYSTEM: built on the floor, powered by solar thermal; there are approximately 12.5 m2 of solar panels that supply hot water contained in a boiler with a capacity of 8 quintals already set up to assist a possible outdoor swimming pool;

When the solar panels cannot guarantee the quantity of hot water that is required (only in the winter months), a pellet boiler is activated, capable of heating all surfaces and providing domestic hot water;
Furthermore, only if the pellet stove is not refueled, does a gas condensing boiler come into operation which compensates for every need.
CENTRALIZED SUCTION SYSTEM for cleaning.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: sectioned for each type of use and for each environment and concentrated in a large panel containing the necessary controls;
WATER SYSTEM: sectioned for each sampling point concentrated in a large panel with all the necessary taps;

ALARM SYSTEM: each access and opening are doubly protected by alarm sensors connected to a control unit that can alert the owners and the police by telephone;
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM: there are seven external cameras that cover the entire surrounding area and the points of possible access with recording of movements;
PRIVATE ELEVATOR: there is a private lift for access to the underground garage;
IRRIGATION SYSTEM: externally and at the service of the large garden there is an automatic irrigation system;
TANK for collecting waste and rainwater underground in the garden and with a capacity of about 300 quintals of water that can be used for irrigating the garden and as a withdrawal point for other needs.

PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM: The roofing of the tool shed in the garden is made with photovoltaic solar panels with the power of KW. 5.5 which produce, in support of the normal supply, electricity to service the home, significantly reducing the amount of the bill. The plant benefits from an annual state contribution for energy production which is around € 3,000.
