Casale del Gallo is a stone farmhouse located a few steps from the village of Mummuiola, completely renovated in the late 90s, other interventions and improvements have been made since 2010, such as the pool and fixtures.
The property includes about 2000sqm of courtyard and 6000sqm of olive grove (with about 50 olive trees). Here there is a chapel dating back to 1500, probably connected to Blessed Bartolo. Also in the well-kept garden, equipped with lighting and irrigation, is the panoramic swimming pool 5×10 (maximum height 1.50m). There is also a paved area where there is a gazebo with table, perfect for your dinners by the pool.

On the first floor reachable by internal staircase, we find the kitchen, a beautiful living room with fireplace and large terrace, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a storage room. There’s also a rough attic that’s perfect for storing bulky things.

All utilities are connected, the water comes from both the aqueduct and a private well, the heating takes place with radiators powered by LPG (owned) and fireplaces.
