The cottage is located in a dominant position, that overlooks the beautiful landscape of Cartoceto, famous for its precious olive oil.
You can reach the house by a steep unpaved road, winding through the rolling hills of Marche’s countryside. When you arrive you can find an oasis of peace, silence and relaxation where the only sounds are those of nature.
Not far from it, you can find beautiful towns to visit, such as Mombaroccio or Serrungarina. The Adriatic Sea and the city of Pesaro and Fano can be reached in just over half an hour.
Cottage composition:
On the ground floor: living room, kitchen and a master bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
On the first floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a large terrace.
A large garden surrounds the cottage, and a small swimming pool to keep you cooled off during the summer.
