Palazzo Caracciolo is an ancient historic residence located in the hills of the Marche region, in the territory of Pergola, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy in the province of Pesaro and Urbino with a wonderful view of the Apennines.
Formerly used as a hunting lodge by nobles who have followed each other over time, the area dates back to 1400. Its structure is arranged on four levels, built of stone and wooden beams all original, the restoration was carried out impeccably at the beginning of this century with particular attention to the recovery of materials, but giving a touch of particularity to the structure as the internal opening in the building creating terraces to be used even in the coldest seasons.
The total area of Palazzo Caracciolo is about 750 square meters. On the ground floor there are all the old premises such as the cellar and storage rooms, on the first floor an apartment consisting of a large kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and two warehouses. The second floor with independent entrance which has a kitchen, a living room, two storerooms and two bathrooms and six bedrooms. Two beautiful large rooms are located under the roof.
