Description
Ca Betino is a magnificent rustic property surrounded by nature.
We are a few kilometers from the towns of Sant’Angelo in Vado and Urbania, ancient Marche villages, where you will find bars, restaurants, schools and shops of all kinds.
You can reach Ca Betino through a white road in excellent condition, which crosses the woods and the surrounding hills. Once you arrive you will be greeted by the scent of lavender and will be enchanted by the beauty of the landscape that is the backdrop to the property. The organic valley in which the farmhouse is located is accompanied on one side by mountains and on the other by rolling hills, among which you can see the beautiful Sant’Angelo in Vado.
The garden is 7000sqm all lit, adorned with olive trees, fruit plants, roses and many aromatic plants including sage, rosemary, laurel and thyme. It is also possible to build a pool.
The farmhouse of about 200 square meters probably dates back to 1400, was a ruin and has been completely renovated since 2002.
It is currently used as a B&B and is divided into 4 apartments (two on the ground floor and two on the first), but it is a property that can be adapted to every need. For example, you could combine the two apartments on the ground floor and make a larger one, or use it as a private house (perhaps developing the living area in PT and the sleeping area in P1) or can turn into a semi-detached property, since both floors have an independent entrance.
The heating is autonomous in each apartment, and is guaranteed by LPG radiators and fireplaces and wood stoves. There are mosquito nets in every window and the water comes from a private well connected to an underground cistern. There is also another well to be connected.
The house:
On the ground floor there are two of the 4 apartments, both with independent entrance.
-Apartment Dante: consists of a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
-Private apartment: this has a nice kitchen, living room with living area, a small bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are the other two apartments.
-Apartment Bramante: has a living room with living area and kitchen, here you also have a nice fireplace. There is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms.
-Apartment Raffaello: has a kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.
The house follows a rustic style, the doors, restored by hand, maintain the ancient characteristics but with the current comforts, it sells furnished.
