Ca’ Morsina is an amazing medieval house made of stones for sale at only 2 kms from Sant’Angelo in Vado (PU). In the house there are a lot of original details and the materials used for the restoration are of the period too.
This unconventional building has the peculiarity of having a beautiful tower and a little chapel. In fact, St. Francis has been in this house. Only few kms away from the property there is also the house of the Blessed Margherita of Metol. For these reasons, this house could be used as a meeting spot for pilgrims. There are fences all around the house, so it’s perfect if you have animals. The total amount of land is 6 hectares, mostly wooded. The main building is divided in two floors, each one has its own entrance. At the ground floor there is a beautiful porch of 32 sqm where is located the main door to access in the house. In this area there is a big kitchen (which used to be a chapel), a little bathroom, a large living area characterized by a huge window and a winery. At the first floor you have a kitchen with fireplace, a living room, one bathroom with dual sinks, a double bedroom and a master bedroom. Then, in the tower accessible by wooden stairs, the mezzanine with parquet flooring where there is the master bedroom.
Outside near to the garden there is the garage that may contain 2 cars. Behind the garage there is another little apartment/ dependance. Here there is a kitchen with wood oven and one bathroom. There is the possibility to link this dependance with a storage room and turn this one in a bedroom.
There are then other annexes used like storage rooms. In the surrounding land at you disposal an olive grove and an orchard.
