Nearby you also have the towns of Mondavio (5 km), Orciano di Pesaro (4km) and the coast is less than half an hour. In fact, 25 km away there is the city of Fano with its many activities, shops, restaurants, shopping centers and equipped beaches, while 23 km you can reach the maritime city of Marotta. In an hour’s drive you can reach Ancona, well connected to the main Italian cities thanks to the railway (served by “Frecciarossa”) but also with abroad thanks to the airport and the port.

All utilities are connected, the water is public but there is also a private well. Internet is not present but there is the possibility to put the satellite, needs some aesthetic finish but structurally is in excellent condition.
