Casale del Fico is a beautiful renovated farmhouse located just 1.5 km from the village of Barchi (PU).
Nearby you also have the towns of Mondavio (5 km), Orciano di Pesaro (4km) and the coast is less than half an hour. In fact, 25 km away there is the city of Fano with its many activities, shops, restaurants, shopping centers and equipped beaches, while 23 km you can reach the maritime city of Marotta. In an hour’s drive you can reach Ancona, well connected to the main Italian cities thanks to the railway (served by “Frecciarossa”) but also with abroad thanks to the airport and the port.
Casale del Fico is therefore located in a strategic position, with services within walking distance while remaining in the countryside. The dirt road that leads to the house (400mt) in fact ends a few meters ahead, ensuring excellent privacy and absolute silence.
The cottage is about 240sqm, well distributed on two floors and is located in the center of a large courtyard of about 6000sqm, adorned with many fruit trees. Here there is also the swimming pool (built about 6 years ago), with salt and chlorine, of 8x4m.

On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with fireplace, divided by a glass wall from the living and dining room. Here you have a pellet stove and two other fireplaces, one also heats the upper floor. Also on this floor there is a laundry/ bathroom with shower and large kitchen with island and additional stove, from here you have direct access to the garden.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms, a smaller bedroom, a closet and a bathroom with bathtub. There’s also another heater and infrared radiant panel.
All utilities are connected, the water is public but there is also a private well. Internet is not present but there is the possibility to put the satellite, needs some aesthetic finish but structurally is in excellent condition.
The price includes furniture and there is a possibility to buy a small vineyard adjacent to the property.
