Orange Grove Farmhouse was completely renovated in 2002, recovering original materials such as beams, bricks and floor tiles. Foundations, roof, systems etc. were redone. The condensing boiler was changed less than a year ago.
The garden, fully illuminated and almost completely fenced, is 3000 sq m, with various fruit trees, about 15 olive trees in production and a private well for irrigation. There is also a small carport and a garage with technical room of about 40 sq m.
