Casale del Pesco is a charming stone farmhouse renovated in 2019, located about 1 km from the center of Maiolati Spontini (AN).
We are in the beautiful valleys of the Ancona hinterland, 40 km from Ancona and 20 km from the city of Jesi, where you can find all necessary services. The sea and Ancona airport are less than 30 minutes away by car.
The farmhouse, reachable via a short stretch of dirt road (3/400m), is enhanced by a park of about 1.3 hectares full of fruit trees, olive trees in production, and flowers. The courtyard measures approximately 3000 square meters and is completely fenced. There is also a guesthouse with a kitchen, bathroom, storage room, wood oven, and a large porch overlooking the panoramic reinforced concrete swimming pool, measuring 11.5×6 m (only the liner needs replacing to make it like new). The pool depth ranges from 1.5m to 3m and is equipped with a ladder and diving board. From here you can admire the beautiful rolling hills of the Marche region and, on particularly clear and sunny days, you can even see the lighthouse of the port of Ancona!
Casale del Pesco, measuring approximately 170 square meters, was renovated in 2019: the roof (in brick), electrical and plumbing systems, and all interiors were redone. The water comes from the public aqueduct, but there is a private well for irrigation. Heating is provided by a thermo-stove, a pellet stove also connected to the radiators, and LPG.
The farmhouse is easily divisible into two independent apartments as the two floors are connected by both internal and external stairs, and the upper floor has provisions for a kitchen.
Inside, the farmhouse is divided as follows:
– On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, cellar, kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining room, bathroom with shower, and another entrance.
– On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with walk-in closets, the old kitchen with fireplace now used as a storage room, and a beautiful bathroom with a sink made from an old manger and antique wooden beams.
Finally, the property has mosquito nets on all windows, an automatic gate, a woodshed, and a beautiful porch.
The price includes most of the furnishings and is slightly negotiable.
