Description
Villa La Cesana is a lovely house made of brick near to Urbino, more precisely at only 2 kms from Gallo di Petriano (PU). Here in this little town you can find everything you need: supermarket, bank, restaurants, pharmacy and many other shops. The house is also at only 25 kms from the amazing city of Pesaro, rich in culture and life.
The latest work have been done in 2017, and in general the whole house is in perfect shape. Outside, 5500 square meters of garden, with fences all around and with lighting system.

Downstair there is the the garage of 150 sqm. Here was created a little apartment including a bathroom with shower, laundry room and bedroom. There is also the possibility to build a tavern here.
