Description of the interior:
The main building, very large, is distributed on two levels. The ground floor, embellished by the beautiful veranda of 40sqm, consists of entrance hall, large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
On the first floor the sleeping area with 5 double bedrooms, 2 with private bathroom and 2 other bathrooms.
There is a basement garage of about 120 square meters and other outbuildings for a total of 40 square meters.
Included in the property a land of about 3.5ha, of which 2ha of olive grove (about 460 plants) and 1.5ha of forest.
The water comes from the public aqueductand there is also a well used for automatic irrigation. There is also a concession for the use of an ancient Roman aqueduct.
The villa has 10kw of photovoltaic with active incentive until 2028, geothermal plant for heating with heat pump and radiators and solar thermal hot water. Villa La Limonaia is therefore totally autonomous in terms of water and energy.
