Description
Borgo Paganuccio, is a charming stone farmhouse recently renovated, located in a small village, a few km from Acqualagna and the natural reserve of the Furlo Gorge, known and appreciated by tourists from all over the world.
The town of Acqualagna, also known for being the capital of the truffle, is about 12 km away, while the coast can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.
The farmhouse of about 340 square meters was renovated in 2023 with the recovery of original materials, such as stone, wooden beams and tiles. Anti-seismic works, new systems and fixtures have been made and it has exposed stone both inside and on the whole outside.
The farmhouse is also equipped with photovoltaic panels and a charging station for electric cars.
The private courtyard plus the relevant agricultural land are about 2236 square meters.
Inside the farmhouse is divided as follows:
In the basement there are two cellars;
On the ground floor we find an entrance, living room, a toilet and a separate warehouse;
On the first floor we have a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Also on this floor there is a wood oven, a woodshed and a storage room;
On the second and last floor we have two more bedrooms.
All utilities are connected and the house is immediately habitable.
