Casale Valdarecchia is a beautiful farmhouse dating back to the 16th century, located in a panoramic position, on the hills between the Marche Region and Umbria. Here you will find yourself in the most beautiful landscape, characterized by woods, majestic hills and fresh and clean air.
We are specifically in the municipality of Apecchio (PU), 2 km from the town. From here you can reach in a short time many historic towns and various points of great interest. We are in fact a few kilometers from Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Arezzo, San Leo, Frasassi caves and Furlo Gorge. In less than an hour you can reach the city of Fano and the coast.
The farmhouse, perfect as a hosting business, was completely renovated in 2001, while the swimming pool, infinity and heated 5x10m, was redone in reinforced concrete in 2013.
In the pool area there is also a canopy with panoramic views and 5watt photovoltaic system, under which to relax in company. If all this is not enough, there is also a Jacuzzi for 4 people, a brick bbq and a bowling green.
The courtyard, fenced, is about 4000sqm and also includes a part of the forest in which there is a water source of Roman times. There is also a connection to the public aqueduct and there are 5 tanks for collecting rainwater from 5m³ each.

On the ground floor entrance with antique wood-burning oven, living room with fireplace, dining room, large kitchen equipped with pantry, a bathroom-laundry and a triple bedroom with private bathroom.
Also on the ground floor there are two large independent rooms, with 3 beds and private bathroom with shower, which is accessed from the outside.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
In the basement there is the garage and the veranda, where another bedroom with bathroom has been created.
The heating is guaranteed by LPG radiators and there is a heat pump.
